Cleaning the drain filter

(see diagram)

Unscrew and pull out the filter

(figure 7-8)

Underneath the filter there is a small

extractable gutter which makes it easier

to collect any residual water that might

flow out when the filter is removed.

Remove any object or fluff and replace

the filter.

This filter should be checked after each

wash.

Cleaning inlet filters

These are situated at the back of the

machine and should be inspected from

time to time. Turn off the water taps.

Unscrew the hoses and remove the mesh

filter lodged just inside the hose.

Run them under a fast running tap to

remove any sediment. Replace the wire

filters and the hoses firmly.

Cleaning the washing powder dispenser

Wipe it out after every wash.

From time to time it will need more

thorough cleaning to clear out all the

deposit. Remove the drawer completely

with a sharp pull outwards. When you

replace it, if you find that it doesn't slide

right in again give it a sharp tap with the

palm of your hand.
