Mechanical minute minder (Fig. 3)

The minute minder can be set for any

time interval up to one hour.

The control knob should first be turned

clockwise to 60 minutes and then

reversed to the required time interval.

When cooking time is up the alarm will

ring. This will not affect the oven.
