Where can I find the PIN and IMEI number for
my device?
1.
On the Home screen, scroll to and click
Settings.
2.
On the Settings screen, scroll to and click
Options.
3.
In the device options, scroll to and click
Status. The PIN and IMEI number for your
device appear on this screen.
Why is my mailbox full?
Your BlackBerry Internet Service account has a
mailbox size limit of 25 MB. To avoid reaching the
limit, delete items from your mailbox regularly or
set up auto-aging rules for message deletion.
To view the available space in your mailbox or to
set up auto-aging rules, log in to your BlackBerry
Internet Service account using a computer that is
connected to the Internet.

In the URL address field of the Internet
browser on your computer, type
www.cingular.com/blackberrystart.

On the login screen, type your user ID and
password.
