If you are using IBM DB2 UDB as your database, you cannot upgrade BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 4.1 SP4 to
BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 4.1 SP6. During the upgrade process, the setup application stops responding while
upgrading the BlackBerry Configuration Database.
Workaround
Upgrade BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 4.1 SP4 to BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 4.1 SP5, then upgrade
BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 4.1 SP5 to BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 4.1 SP6.

After you upgrade to BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 4.1 SP5 or later and start the BlackBerry Enterprise Server,
the BlackBerry Enterprise Server might write incorrect information to the log files about a messaging server failover if
the name of the messaging server obtained from the profile document does not match the casing of the name of the
messaging server obtained from API calls.

user accounts might be associated with the same IBM Lotus Notes messaging account.

Restart the BlackBerry Enterprise Server, or remove and re-add the user to the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
