NOT LIMITED TO, CLAIMS OF NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT OR BREACH OF CONTRACT.

In returning this Nikon product for repair or replacement or refund under this warranty, the original consumer purchaser

must prepay all postage, shipping transportation, insurance and delivery costs, and the Nikon product must be delivered

original carton or a similar package affording an equal degree of protection. Nikon will not be responsible for

any loss or damage incurred in connection with the return of this Nikon product.
