Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 slice deli meat of choice, chopped

1 small tomato, chopped

½ cup spinach

½ cup shredded cheese

pinch of salt and pepper

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients, mix well and

pour into the inner pot.

2. Lock lid and push switch down to COOK.

3. When cooker switches to WARM, leave it on

warm for 5 minutes and then serve.
