Check Switch again.
If you still do not see the Satellite reception verified message,

turn the receiver off and reconnect your it directly to the LNBF so
you can upgrade your receiver's software (see your receiver's user
guide for more information). After receiving the upgrade, reinstall
your DP21 and run check switch.
