TROUBLE SHOOTING

POSSIBLE CAUSE AND SOLUTION
 Ensure that the unit is powered ON
 Check the master volume not turn to minimum
 Remove the power adapter / connection cable and reconnect
again after 2 minutes.
 Ensure that the unit on correct source.
 The protective needle cover was not removed. Remove it.
 The tie-wrap was not removed from underneath tone arm.
Remove it first.
 Unlock the SCREW LOCK by screw driver.
 Tone arm HOLD DOWN CLIP was not released. Release it.
 The stylus is dirty. Remove dust on the stylus with a
stylus-cleaning brush
 Dust or dirt has collected on the record. Clean the record with
a good-quality record cleaner.
 Ensure that the unit on correct source.
 Ensure that the USB file is MP3 format.
 Remove the USB memory stick and reconnect again.
 Ensure that the unit on correct source.
 Radio signal too weak. Remove the unit to other place or
extend the wire antenna.
 Ensure that the unit on correct source.
 Make sure the disc printing face up.
 Make sure the disc is CDs or MP3 format.
 The disc dirty, cleaning the disc and play again.
 Ensure that the unit on correct source.
 Remove the cassette tape and use other face to play again.
 Cassette tape broken, change other new one.
 Ensure that the unit on correct source.
 Check the both unit turn on power
 Check the volume level on external device
 Check correct source on external device
 Remove the audio cable and reconnect again.
 Ensure that the unit on correct source.
 Ensure that the USB connect correctly.
 USB Memory not enough , change new one
 Remove the USB memory stick and reconnect again.
