• Custom   Spa   Cover   will   wait   until   the   client   pays   in   full   the   quoted   amount   via   Paypal  
payment   s ervice.   T he   s pa   c over   w ill   g o   i nto   p roduction   u pon   r eceipt   o f   p ayment.  
• The  client  will  receive  an  email  confirming  receipt  of  payment  and  that  the  cover  is  in  
production.    
• The   client   will   receive   an   email   to   confirm   the   tracking   number   and   the   name   of   the  
company   d oing   t he   s hipping.  
 
4 DELIVERY  
 
4.1 DETAILS  
 
• Delivery   i s   c arried   o ut   b y   a n   i ndependent   c ourier   c ompany   c hosen   b y   t he   m anufacturer.  
• Custom   S pa   C over   i s   n ot   r esponsible   f or   a ny   p roblems   r elated   t o   d elivery.  
• Upon  delivery,  the  client  will  be  informed  of  the  date  of  arrival  of  the  package.  Using  a  
tracking   number   in   an   email,   the   information   will   be   accessible   on   the   website   of   the  
shipping   c arrier   c ompany   a nd   n eeds   t o   b e   f ollowed.  
• Upon   d elivery,   t he   c lient   m ust   s ign   a   d elivery   r eceipt   o f   i f   h e/she   i s   a t   h ome.     I f   t he   c lient  
is   n ot   a t   h ome   a t   t he   t ime   o f   d elivery,   t he   c over   w ill   b e   l eft   a t   t he   s ide   o f   t he   h ouse   o r   i n  
the   b ack   y ard,   w ith   n o   s ignature   r equired.  
• If   the   box   is   damaged,   it   must   be   reported   immediately   to   a   customer   service  
representative   a t   C ustom   S pa   C over   w ithin   4 8   h ours.  
• At  the  time  of  delivery,  old  spa  covers  will  not  be  picked  up  by  the  delivery  company,  
the   m anufacturer,   o r   C ustom   S pa   C over.  
• The   c lient   m ust   d ispose   o f   h is   o ld   s pa   c over   h imself/herself.  
• Our   c overs   a re  built  within  10   w orking  days   a nd  delivered   w ithin  3  business  days.   I f  the  
order   i s   delayed   f or   any   reason   w hatsoever,   t he   customer   will   be   n otified   by   email   a s  
soon   as   p ossible.   C ustom   S pa   C over   i s   not   responsible   for   l ate   delivery   a nd   the  
customer   w ill   n ot   b e   c ompensated   i n   a ny   w ay.
