USING YOUR HEATER
1.
From the "OFF" position, fully depress and turn to pilot
position. You will hear a "CLICK sound. In this position, keep
depressed for at least 30 seconds to allow the gas to reach
the pilot.

Keeping depressed, turn back and follow the above
operation. It may be necessary to repeat this a few times.

After successfully igniting the pilot flame, keep the knob
depressed for another 6-10 seconds to enable the
thermocouple to heat up and allow the valve to open

When changing the heater settings, depress the control
knob slightly before turning the knob.
This heater must be turned off using the control knob first (Figure
H) and only then closing the cylinder valve.
This heater has a positive OFF valve. Use the control knob to
turn it OFF before closing the cylinder valve.

Take note: On first
lighting a new cylinder
or connecting a cylin-
der after it has been
refilled; you may have
to depress the control
valve for a longer
period of time.
Never attempt to
remove the regulator
if the heater is on or if
the cylinder valve is
not properly closed.
