Lift the treadmill out of the packing box (Figure 1), then lift the meter and the

column (Figure 2), and fix them on both sides of the left and right columns with M8*15
screws (Figure 2).

Fold up the meter (figure 3), fix the dial on the column with M8*15 screws, tighten all

the screws with an Allen wrench, and fix the left and right side covers on the column
with 4.2*16 screws, assemble Complete (Figure 4)。
