Fitting the Collar

The collar strap should be adjusted so that the contact points are

held firmly against the dog's skin. Fasten the collar enough to allow

one or two fingers to fit between the collar strap and your dog's

neck.

If the collar is too loose, it will be ineffective because there is no

contact between the dogs' skin and the contact points.

Collar should not be used for more than 10 hours per day. If a rash

develops, discontinue use.

Regular Maintenance

 Check Contact Points for tightness weekly, do not over tighten.

 Clean Contact Points with alcohol/metho weekly

 Replace Battery when it is required

(Note: make sure the collar is turned off for checking and cleaning.)

 Check your dog's neck for irritation and wash neck weekly.

12 Months Warranty:

All of our products are covered by warranty. Our warranty offers free repair for

manufacturing faults. It does not cover damage as a result of inappropriate use

of the product, wear and tear, damage from impact, dog chews, over-use or

abuse or the depletion of consumables, such as batteries or citronella spray

etc. The warranty is also not applicable if the product is used in ways that are

outside the products intended use.
