Before using the popcorn maker for the fi rst time, it's advisable to wash the unit and all
accessories with warm, soapy water. When fi nished, rinse and dry each part and wipe the
appliance down with a soft, dry cloth. Do not immerse the base in water or any other liquid. For
detailed cleaning instructions, see 'Cleaning' section later in this manual.
1. C arefully unpack the unit and remove all packaging materials before initial use.
2. U nwrap the power cord at the back of the unit.
3. C heck that the rated voltage is the same as stated on the label on the back of the unit.
Connect the appliance to a suitable electric socket.
NOTE: always clean and dry thoroughly the unit before use.
INSTall MarQuEE ONTO POPCOrN MaKEr
1. Install 4 "AA" batteries into Marquee battery
compartment as shown
3. Use On/Off Switch on back of Marquee to
turn lights on.

1. Plug in popcorn maker into suitable electric socket.
2. R emove the lid from the top of the unit.
3. M easure one or two level cups using the included popcorn measuring cup. Each cup will yield
12-13 cups of popped popcorn.
4. R eplace the lid onto the unit.
5. S witch the Keep-Warm switch to the "I" position to activate the warmer.
6. S witch the popping switch to "I" position for the hot air popper motor.
CauTION: Never remove the lid when the popping is in progress.
7. W hen the corn has stopped popping return the popper switch to the position "0"
8. W hen you have fi nished consuming the popcorn and will not pop further corn, switch the
Keep-Warm switch to the "0" position.
