FABRIC CARE INSTRUCTIONS
The micros uede fabric covering this specific piece of furniture is so� to the touch and very durable for every day living. It is
recommended by the fabric manufa cture to only clean this fabric with water-based cleaning agents or soap. Lightly scrubbing
will help with any tougher spots that may have developed. Always checked as pot of fabric in an area that is unseen to be sure
cleaning agent being used will not discolor or fade the fabric's finishing. Let the air dry and vacuum for the best result.
CHAIR ASSEMBLY - CORD AND POWER TRANSFORMER CONNECTIONS
WARNING: It is important that you read and carefully follow all chair assembly instruc�ons. Do not plug the power cord
into an electrical outlet un�l all assembly has been properly completed. Failure to follow all chair assembly instruc�ons may
cause the chair to operate improperly possibly resulying in the risk of personal injury or death.
Once the box has been removed from around the chair, you'll no�ce the back is lying on the top of seat. There are few items to
remove from the seat por�on of the chair first. Follow the step be low:
1. Remove the zip �e holding the red bag with Power Transformer and its cord that is secured under the chair.
2. Control Wand is located in pocket on the outside of the chair as show in Figure C.
3. NOTICE – INSTALL FLOOR GLIDES BEFORE USE
Your li� chair has four adjust able floor glides. They are locat ed in the owner's package and must be installed before use. These
glides can be adjusted to level your li� chair. See Figure A.
WARNING: Failing to install these floor guides may result in damage to your li� chair, flooring, and may cause the
chair to become unstable and fall over causing personal injury or death

4. Slide the back down on the base. The back receiver bracket slide down on the mechanism arms coming up. See Figure B.
5. Connect the Power Transformer cable to the corre sponding plug coming from the back of the chair.
