In case of incomplete filling of the warranty certificate or its absence, respective

documents confirming Appliance purchase date should be submitted in order to confirm warranty

period validity of the Appliance. In such event warrantee obligations issue should be decided on the

case-by-case basis.

14.4. The Appliance does not require installation, testing-commissioning and putting into

operation stages.

14.5. During warranty period the manufacturer shall repair or replace the Appliance or parts

thereof free of charge in case of any malfunction subject to strict observance of transportation,

storage and operation rules. In case troubleshooting of the Appliance should be performed under

the warranty clause provisions, warranty period is to be extended for the time during which this

fault was eliminated (from the date of contacting service center till the time when the Appliance was

handed over to the consumer).

14.6. Appliances with defects originated because of the following reasons do not fall under the

warranty clause provisions:

- presence of obvious mechanical damages (such as cracks, chips and spalls on the enclosure

or inside the Appliance, broken connector contacts);

- evidence of mechanical and thermal damage of electronic components on the circuit boards;

- getting of foreign objects, liquids, insects or their metabolic by-products inside the Appliance;

- violation of operation, transportation rules or storage conditions spacified in the operation

manual supplied with the Appliance;

- use of the Appliance not according to its designated purpose or in case such application may

cause excessive load on the Appliance parts;

- nonconformity of power supply parameters and other such factors with the state standards'

requirements;

- natural calamites, fire, social or accidental factors.

The Appliance warranty becomes void in case its warranty seal is found broken, there is

evidence of any assembly and disassembly, repair of the Appliance or unauthorized modification of

the design or scheme of the Appliance, mismatch of model and serial numbers of the Appliance with

respect to the data provided in its warranty certificate.

Manufacturer reserves the right to replace components of the Appliance with respective

equivalents, application of which does not entail any change of technical characteristics of the

Appliance.
