2011-2013 FORD POWERSTROКE 6.7L 5" DUAL SYSТEM

NOTE: This system requires removal of factory spare tire and heat shield

REMOV AL OF ORIGINAL SYSTEM

1. Starting at the bottom of the turbo down pipe, remove the two bolts at the flange.

2. Disconnect/remove all sensors from factory exhaust and tie up and out of the way fi'om moving/hot parts.

3.Spray the hangers with WD-40 or Loosen-All and then pryhangers from the rubber and remove the factory

exhaust.

INSTALLATION INSТRUCTIONS

1. Install pipe #31112NВ using supplied hardware. (Note: fasten the bolts enough to hold pipe in place but

do not tighten.)

2. Install #31152NB pipe on end of pipe #31112NB and into factory hanger.

3. Install extension pipe #50020. (Note: some trimming of extension pipe МА У Ье required and make sure

to allow for tublng connections approx. 4" also making sure to cut from the non-expanded end of pipe).

4. Install Y-pipe (У 500) onto the end of the pipe in step 3 (note: Y-p ipe should sit at approx. а 45 degree

angle with the top outlet towards the gas tank/drivers side) See Fig 1

5. Install drivers over the axle pi ре #31162 into dri vers/top outlet ofY -pipe and hang in the stock ruЬЬer

hanger located above.

6. Install the Hl hanger with the bracket on the outside of the frame and rubber towards the inside, directly in

front of the forward most bolt of the trailer hitch on drivers side. See Fig2

7. Install drivers tail pipe #31163 onto #31162 and into the Н 1 hanger.

8. Install passenger over the axle pipe #31160 into the passenger outlet of the Y-pipe and into factory hanger

location.

9. Install passenger tail pipe #31161 onto pipe #31160 and into factory hanger.

10. Check for clearances, i.e. brake lines may have to Ье moved, or e-brake саЫеs as well as axle vent

tube, also check to make sure that the exit of tail pipes are level with truck.

11. Starting at #31112NВ tighten the two flange bolts ensuring that the exhaust lays straight and parallel with

the floor of the truck, then starting at the front tighten the clamps as you work your way to the back connection

on right side of truck. Now tighten the left side of the truck

Note: а mig weld should Ье applied to clamp connections for added security. DO NOT WELD CLAМPS.
