Use your hands and start to remove
the welt at the bottom of the seat.

Use screwdriver gun and 5mm bit start loosen three (3)
screws removing the old arm from the chair.

Slowly begin pulling welt away from arm. Be careful around the back's area. Use your
finger and press firmly against the welt while pulling with your other hand. This will help
avoid the back cover tearing. Continue to other side and remove the welt from chair.
