Solution
Check the mains plug and/or switch
on the unit
Fill up the water tank
Remove the water tank, open the
lid and leave the tank in a cool
place for approx. 12 hrs.
Clean the water tank and then fill it
with fresh and clean water
Clean all components incl. the
evaporator and the water vapour
unit.

Ensure that the humidifier stands
securely
Use soft (distilled) water to fill the
