18. The use of non-Domus Remote controls, or light kits with Domus Ceiling fans will subsequently void Warranty.

19. Slight humming of the ceiling fan is acceptable and is not covered under Warranty.

20. All Domus Ceiling Fans must be installed by a licensed Electrician, failure to do so will void Warranty.

21. Domus reserves the right to modify, or change any parts to the ceiling fan for any reason without notice.

22. Domus reserves the right to amend this Warranty Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Amended Terms

and Conditions will be available from Domus upon request.

23. Steel beams, grid ceiling or other flexible surfaces may not absorb the vibration from a ceiling fan. This is not a fault

of the Ceiling fan and will not be covered under Warranty.

24. Domus will not be liable for any damages caused to objects surrounding or under the ceiling fan. Damage to

carpets, walls, ceilings and household fixtures will not be covered. Domus has an obligation to Warrant the ceiling

fan only.

25. In the event that a service request is outside of the Domus service agent area network, Domus will offer the

customer a credit of $80.00 + GST to replace the ceiling fan. Domus will arrange for the replacement fan to be

delivered to the customers address, Domus will not be liable for traveling costs or other associated costs for the

client to engage an electrician to replace the fan.

Note: The Ceiling Fan must be installed by a licensed Electrician. Ensure the power is switched off before fitting this ceiling fan.
