Symptoms

Possible Reasons Analysis

Fail to power on.

Low battery.

Power-off quickly

[ HOLD ] switch locked.

Charge battery.

Unlock [ HOLD ] switch.

Turn up the volume.

Connect earphones correctly.

Unlock [ HOLD ] switch.

Connect USB Cable correctly.

Install the driver (Please refer to

"Utilities Installation" for details).

Check the system settings to check

its accordance with requirements.

Format Xinc FM and try again.
