ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION: Do not over tighten fasteners
Install Water Pump
1. (SEE FIGURE 1) Place fountain pump (A) inside fountain tub (D) as shown.
NOTE: The water flow speed can be adjusted at this time. Further adjustments may be
necessary once water fountain has been assembled and tested.
Adjust Speed of Water Flow
1. Turn adjustment lever on pump (A) towards "--" or "min" to decrease water flow, or away
from "--" or "min" to increase water flow.
Build Water Fountain
1. (SEE FIGURE 1) Align pump platform (F) with mounting holes at top of fountain tub (D).
2. Attach pump stem (E) to bottom of hand pump (B). Insert pump stem through mounting hole at
top of pump platform (F).
3. Insert pump stem from hand pump (B) into top of fountain pump (A). Secure pump platform (F)
to fountain tub (D) using four wood screws (J). Do not over tighten fasteners.
4. Mount water wheel brackets (G) to inside of fountain tub (D) as shown. Secure using two bolts
(H) for each bracket.
5. Place water wheel (C) rods on top of water wheel brackets (G).

Fill Fountain with Water
NOTE: Do not plug in the pump before filling basin with water. Running the pump without
water may damage pump.
1. Fill fountain tub (D) with water.
2. Plug power cord from pump into properly grounded 120V AC outlet.
3. Water should start to flow from basin to top of fountain. See section entitled
"Maintenance" if water is not flowing.
Maintenance
CAUTION: Never allow pump to run without water.
1. Check water level periodically, add water when necessary.
2. If water is not flowing, check pump (A), pump stem (E) and for clogs.
3. Verify pump is properly connected to pump stem (E), see section entitled "Install Pump" for
detailed instructions.
NOTE: Pump may build up calcium after a long period of time and stop running when tap
water is used. Any calcium remover can be used to clean pump.
