Possible cause
No supply voltage
Faulty power switch
Blown fuse
Faulty contactor
No power to the contactor coil
No jumper on terminals
for safety devices
Platform lock switch open
Platform does not respond to pressing the
control button
Incorrect phasing
No power to electromagnetic valve coil
Faulty electromagnetic valve coil or valve
No power to electromagnetic valve coil
Faulty electromagnetic valve coil or valve

Solution
Check the electrical wires
and the voltage in the socket
Replace main power switch
Replace fuse (FU1, FU2)
Replace main board
Replace main board
Set the jumper
Check the switch
Replace control board
Swap any two phases in the control unit
Check wiring from control unit to coil 1.
Check coil 1 voltage (24 VDC)
