(25) Power Connector
This is the connector used to connect the provided power cord.
(26) Rear Cover
Open when clearing jammed paper.
(27) USB Connector (for computer)
This is the connector used to connect the machine to a computer using a USB cable.
(28) Wired LAN Connection
Connects the machine to a computer with a wired LAN cable.

(1) [ON/OFF]
Turns the machine ON and OFF. Before turning ON the machine, make sure the
Document Cover is closed.
(2) [COPY]
Switches the machine to Copy mode. Flashes when the machine is turned on.
(3) [SCAN]*
Switches the machine to Scan mode. This button is used when the machine is connected
to a computer. (Refer to the Scan Guide.)
* The settings configured from MP Navigator apply when scanning from the machine's
operation panel.
If with some types of original the position and size of the image is not scanned in
correctly, please refer to "Selecting the Behavior of the Operation Panel with MP
Navigator" in the Scan Guide (On-screen Manual) and change the MP Navigator
[Document Type] and [Document Size] to match those of the original being scanned.
(4) [PHOTO/FILM]
Switches the machine to Photo/film mode.
(5) [MEMORY CARD]
Switches the machine to Memory Card mode.
(6) LCD (Liquid Crystal Display)
Displays messages, menu selections, and the operation status.
(7) [Menu]
Used to display menus.
(8) [Settings]
Use to configure the page size, media type, and image correction settings.
