but if our product falls short of your expectations we will refund your purchase price. No questions asked -

days after purchase. Refunds are not applicable to any items that are damaged due to reasons not covered by

warranty. Customer will return product to VDC Electronics, Inc. at their expense.

Five-year Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty covers your B a tteryM I N D er® Solar Charger for a period of five years and the Solar

Panel for two years from the date of original purchase against defective material and workmanship. Defects

reported during the warranty period will be subject to inspection by a VDC Electronics technician and repaired

or replaced at their discretion. Replacements will be new or like-new, similar in performance and functionality

to the original part.

We make no warranty other than this limited warranty and expressly exclude any implied warranty including

any warranty for consequential damages. This warranty is not transferable. This warranty does not cover

damages caused by the owner.

If you must return the unit, the technician will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #)

and shipping instructions. Unit must be returned freight prepaid together with proof of purchase directly to

VDC Electronics.

Once we receive the unit it will be repaired or replaced and shipped back to customer, all at no charge,

provided unit is within the Five-Year Warranty period. Expedited shipping is available at extra cost.

Anyone outside the contiguous USA purchasing any of our products must be aware that all shipping costs in

sending and returning of a product for warranty repair or replacement regardless of cause, will be borne by

the purchaser not VDC Electronics, Inc. or any of its resellers.
