1. What should I do if there is no internet connection?

• If all indicator LEDs are OFF:

Check if the power adapter is properly connected. Ensure the power

switches on both the wall socket and the router are turned ON, and

check on a different wall outlet if possible.

• If DSL/WAN LED is OFF:

Check if you have wired up the DSL-AX5400 router to your NBN source

via either of the methods below.

(a) If you are also supplied with a NBN connection box for your service,

connect the Ethernet cable from the blue WAN port on your router to

the LAN or data port on the NBN device.

(b) If you are not supplied with a NBN connection box for your service,

connect the DSL cable from the grey DSL port on your router to a NBN

FTTN/B wall socket.

• If DSL/WAN LED is in any colour outside solid white:

Wait a few minutes for the internet to be connected. The DSL-AX5400

router may take up to five minutes for the first internet connection

from new or factory reset restoration.

• If WiFi is not discoverable from all devices or if all wired devices are not

receiving a valid IP:

Press and hold the reset button until the power LED blinks, and wait up

to five minutes for the router to be reset to its default settings.

2. Where can I find the default SSID and password for the

DSL-AX5400 router?

You can find the default SSID and password from the white label located

at the bottom of your router.
