Entering text

You will need to enter text to use several phone functionalities. The text

editor has three input modes: English, Number/Symbol, and Chinese.

When entering text

•

Use the keypad to enter letters, numbers, and symbols.

•

Press a key repeatedly until your desired character appears on the

screen. Refer to the C h a r a c t e r c h a r t

•

Press

to shift between the input modes: English

and Number/Symbol.

Press

to shift between lowercase and uppercase letters, or

predictive text and normal text methods.

To put a space after a word, press

Press the available navigation keys on the soft key bar to select

characters or words.
