OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

EXPLANATION

This document provides information on installation, operation, safety, cleaning and hygiene, troubleshooting,

maintenance of dough roller machine and also warranty terms and contact information you may need to know.

You may apply to technical service for further information.

Dough roller machines are specially designed to fulfill needs of dough roll processing of small, medium and large

scale industrial kitchens.

The appliance has pizza, lavash and other dough roll out applications. It is easy to get dough of necessary

thickness and diameter by rollers setting system.

Dough may be rolled out within 3 to 5 seconds due to swift and easy use properties

WARNINGS AND SIGNS

Descriptions of warnings and instructions specified in operation instructions and labeled on the appliance.

It is very important to operate the appliance in hygiene environment in sense

of human and environmental health. Therefore do not operate the appliance

in moist, dirty, oily, dusty places.
