1. Appliance Description

When using the scale for the first time, or when changing its location, it

should be turned on, off, and on again. It's surface should also be free of

any objects. Failure to do this may result in inaccurate measurements.

Always keep batteries out of the reach of infants and young children to

prevent them from being swallowed. If swallowed, take immediate

action and contact medical authorities for help.

Cleaning

Clean the scale with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use any chemical/abrasive

cleaning agents.

Storage

If you do not intend to use the scale for a long period of time, remove the

batteries and store the scale in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Operation

Included Items

1 x Bathroom scale

3 x AAA batteries

Before using the scale for the first time, check the package contents to

ensure all parts are free of visible damage.

Inserting batteries

To insert the batteries, open the battery compartment on the rear of the

scale and remove the compartment cover. Insert 3 AAA batteries, paying

attention to the correct polarity.

Select unit before use

1. Wait until "0.0lb" appears.

2. Press the UNIT button on the rear of the scale to select the desired unit

(kg, lb, or st).

Note: After selecting the unit, place the scale on a solid and flat surface and

start the measurement as described below. The scale will shut off

automatically after 10 seconds of inactivity.

Measuring (with lb unit selected)

1. Place the scale on a solid and flat surface.

2. Stand on the scale to turn it on.
