•
3N1 MP Mover air beams are 3/16" thick. There must be enough clearance between the floor and the
load's base to allow the air beams to be freely slid into place. DO NOT force the air beams under the
load.
•
If the gap between the air beam and load's base is greater than 1 ½", the air beams may not produce
the necessary lift. The included spacer sticks are ½" thick and may adequately bridge the gap. For
larger gaps, Airsled offers ADJUSTABLE SPACER SYSTEMS. More information on these items can
be found on www.Airsled.com. Wood blocking can also be used to bridge the gap.

Slide the air beams under the load. See figure 1.
NOTE: The 3N1 MP Movers are adaptable to
countless loads of varying dimensions, weights
and footprints. Users will have to determine for
themselves, based on their specific load, the
optimal placement of the air beams to achieve
maximum Airsled performance. Figure 1 simply
shows one example of the air beam placement.

3N1 MP Mover air beams are 12" wide x 39" long.
The load should ideally be centered over the air
beams for optimal Airsled performance. You may
need to adjust air beam placement several times
until the load maintains a level (non-tilting)
orientation once the air beams are inflated.

and is ideal for loads that have
either unusual footprints or uneven
weight distribution. When evaluating
the 12x39 or 10x48 model, consider
the following to ensure optimal
performance.
You want to A) Position the air
beams so they are centered under
the lifting points and/or have as
much of the load as possible directly
over the air beams, and B) Minimize
extension of the front and rear of the
air beams past the load. The
diagrams to the left help illustrate
these points.
