Congratulations on your purchase of the DragonFire RacePace Spare Tire Carrier! As part of our RacePace modular cage system, this

spare tire carrier is a great addition to the OEM roll cage on any Polaris RZR. This easy bolt-on setup will provide you with a lightweight

and stylish option for bringing a spare wheel and tire with you on your rides. Be sure to check out the full line of DragonFire Accessories

for your Polaris vehicle at your local authorized dealer or online at

*This product is designed specifically for the Polaris RZR models, but will clamp to any 1.75" tube.

• Read and understand these instructions before installing product

• Installation may scratch roll cage where clamp is mounted

• Do not use as an anchor point for pulling

Off road activities can be hazardous and could lead to injury, dismemberment, paralysis and death. No warranty

that risk. The acceptance and /or use of this merchandise purchased from DragonFire by the customer hereby

shall release DragonFire from any and all liability pertaining to the use of such merchandise.

Place vehicle on a flat and level surface. Place gear selector in "Park" and remove keys

Step 1:

from the ignition.

Step 2:

Remove clamp half from Spare Tire Carrier mount.

Step 3:

Place Spare Tire Carrier on rear cross tube behind seats and above the bed. Attach

clamp half, leaving hardware loose for adjustment. (Figure A)

Step 4:

Place spare tire on the carrier. Thread lug nuts (not included) on to carrier, tightening

until snug. Do not torque at this time.

Step 5:

Ensure the tire is resting on the bed and tighten spare tire carrier clamp hardware to

7 ft-lb (84 in-lb). Do not over torque the bolts on the clamp.

Torque 4 lug nuts to wheel manufacturer's specs.

Place the DragonFire Logo on the outer side of the tube, See Page 2 for reference.

Step 8:

Installation is complete. Time to ride and enjoy!

Note:

For aggressive driving, larger tires and rough terrain; it is recommended to strap the tire

to the bed of the vehicle in addition to tire carrier.
