General Description and Features
INTRODUCTION
The Drake® DTD1000A Demodulator Module (in tandem with the Drake® MEQ1000A/B Multiplexing Hybrid QAM Modulator) is
designed to provide a demodulated transport stream from a ATSC 8VSB or QAM annex B RF signal.. The MEQ1000A/B accepts
transport streams from up to two input modules. These may be multiplexed into single transport. The transport stream is output
from the MEQ1000A/B as a RF QAM and ASI.

Demodulates 8VSB, QAM-64B or QAM-256B RF signals

Multiplex with other program streams from various MEQ1000 input modules
•
QAM and ASI output from the MEQ1000
•
Custom MPEG program number or VCT (virtual channel tables) from MEQ1000. if desired.
