Type of wash

Observe the manufacturer's instructions on the care label

For hard-wearing fabrics. For particularly sensitive skin:

prolonged washing cycle with a higher water level and an

additional spin cycle.

Easy-care programme with a higher water level, addition

spin cycles and a more delicate spin, particularly suitable

for coloureds and fabrics which are susceptible to creasing,

such as denim.

For easy-care fabrics, e.g. made of cotton, linen, synthetic

fibres or blends.

For delicate items which are suitable for machine

washing (cotton, synthetic fibres and blends, etc.), e.g.

curtains. No spin between the rinse cycles.

For delicate, washable items, e.g. made of silk, satin,

synthetic fibres or blends (e.g. silk blouses, silk scarves).

Use a detergent which is suitable for delicates and/or silk.

For hand or machine washable fabrics made of wool or a

wool blend. Particularly gentle washing programme to prevent

shrinkage. Use a detergent which is suitable for wool.

For mixed loads of cotton and synthetic fabrics.

For lightly soiled items without stains.

Separate rinse cycle followed by a spin cycle; for easy-care

fabrics.

For draining detergent solution or water used for rinsing

without a spin cycle.

The washing machine is equipped with safety

functions which detect and diagnose faults in

good time, and react appropriately:

"Service" indicator

K "Water tap closed" indicator

"Clean pump" indicator

1) Do not use liquid detergent for the main wash if you

have activated the "Prewash" option.

2) Do not use liquid detergent.

3) The spin speed is limited in these programmes to

improve laundry care.
