Cause/remedial action
The washing machine door is unlocked. It is possible to add laundry.
Temperature too high. Wait until the temperature drops.

Water level too high. Not possible to add laundry. Close the washing machine

door immediately, if necessary. Select Start/Reload to continue the pro-
gramme.
Wait until YES lights up.
■
Close the door properly; laundry may become trapped.
Turn the water tap on fully,
■
supply hose kinked or trapped,
■
water pressure too low. Clean the screen.
■
Detergent solution pump blocked. Clean detergent solution pump.
■
The drain hose/waste pipe is blocked. Clean the drain hose on the siphon.
■
Motor fault. Call the after-sales service.
Water in the base tub, appliance leaking. Call the after-sales service.
Childproof lock activated; deactivate it.
