OPERATION & USE

CHANGING THE BLADE:

1. DISCONNECT THE MACHINE FROM THE

POWER SOURCE.

2. Loosen and remove the 3 screws ✼✌ and

remove the blade cover ✽✌. Fig.11.

3. Press in on arbor lock ✾✌ and at the same time

rotate the saw blade by hand until the arbor

lock engages. Fig.12.

4. Using the 8mm hex. wrench provided, loosen

arbor screw ✿✌. Fig.13, by turning it counter-

clockwise, and remove arbor screw ✿✌,

washer ❀✌, outside wheel flange ❁✌ and the

saw blade. DO NOT REMOVE THE INSIDE

BLADE FLANGE.

5. Make sure the inside surfaces of both the

inside and outside blade flanges are clean and

free from any foreign substance.

6. Install new blade MAKING CERTAIN THE

TEETH OF SAW BLADE ARE POINTING DOWN

AT THE FRONT and re-assemble outside blade

flange ❁✌, washer ❀✌ and arbor screw ✿✌.

Turn arbor screw ✿✌ clockwise to tighten.

7. Replace saw blade cover that was removed in

STEP 2.

8. WARNING: MAKE SURE ARBOR LOCK ✾✌

Fig.12, IS DISENGAGED AND 8MM HEX.

WRENCH IS REMOVED BEFORE TURNING ON

THE POWER.

CLEAN DUST TRAY:

Loosen the screw ❃✌, take out the dust tray ❂✌

and clear it. Put the dust tray ❂✌ back and

tighten the screw ❃✌ again.
