INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING! Risk of serious accident
WARNING! Always use axle stands
To lift:
Park the car, engage the hand brake and chock the
wheels.
Before lifting, ensure that all passengers have left the
vehicle and that they do not re-enter until the vehicle is
safety on the ground.
Using the jack handle as a wrench, turn the release valve

half a turn.
If the load fails to lower:

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
ko0521
When the jack is not in use, the lifting arm and handle
sleeve should be in the fully down position to minimise
piston and ram corrosion.
Keep the jack clean and well lubricated. Lubricate the
points indicated on the diagram regularly using good
quality general-purpose oil.
Check the oil level regularly while the jack is on level
ground. Always follow the precautions advised by the
oil manufacturer. Lower the jack to the lowest position.
Remove the filler plug. Fill with jack oil 7 available from
Shandong Qiyang.
DO NOT USE BRAKE FLUID, USED OIL OR ANY OTHER
LIQUID. The correct oil level is approximately 5 mm
below the fill hole.
It is recommended that an annual inspection be carried
out by an authorised repair facility.
The labels must be checked regularly and the original
labels preserved.
Pump the jack unloaded 5 or 6 times to expel air. Re-
place the filler plug.
Do not exceed the rated capacity.
