6. AVR Studio environment programming

If there are no other programmers connected to the computer, click AVR icon (marked

green). AVR Studio should detect the programmer its self automatically. If not, choose

programmer type: STK500 and the port name where it is installed.

When a programmer is not detected by the software, the below window will appear on the screen, and

the programmer has to be disconnected from a USB port and reconnected again, pressing the AVR icon.

If this action will not provide programmer detection, check if the programmer type STK500 and AUTO

have been chosen.
