RESOLUTION

Charge the battery for 3.5 hours

Click "reset"

Try reconnecting the USB connection between the device and

the computer

Rematching again

Charge remote controller

Charge the battery for at least 4 hours

Data line connect to USB port in back panel of computer

Replace data line

Install client programs including drivers

Close protection system temporarily, install client programs again

Hold this position when use remote controller charge battery
