Before using the Magnifier Lamp, please read the following instructions.

1. Parameter:

1) Lens size: 5"(127mm)

2) Lens: 5D

3) Voltage: 220-240V 50Hz

4) Power: 12W (60pcs LED)

2. How to use:

Put the lamp onto any horizontal surface which you have chosen. Plug in

the magnifier lamp, and turn on, repress the "on/off button" for preset

dimming options.

3. Important for safe use:

1) Indoor use only.

2) Environment temperature -5℃~40℃.

3) Humidity: ≤95% .

4) Never disassemble the magnifier lamp unless you are a qualified

electrician.

5) Plug must be taken out while repairing the magnifier lamp.

4. If the external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire is damaged, it shall be

exclusively replaced by the manufacturer or his service agent or a similar

qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
