TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem 1: Light does not turn on
Possible solution:
Make sure that:
-
The solar panel is clean (if not please clean it)
-
The solar cells are mounted so that it can receive as much
as possible direct sunlight during the day
-
The battery is sufficiently charged (if not, leave the lamp for
2-3 sunny days charging in the OFF position, or charge the
battery by USB)
Problem 2: Light flashes incorrectly or low light
Possible solution:
-
Verify if the battery is weak and not properly charged. Let
the lamp charge for 2-3 sunny days in the OFF position or
charge the battery by USB.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
For best results, you need to replace the battery every 24
months. Remove the battery compartment cover (5) on the
back of the housing. Remove the old battery and make sure
the new battery is a rechargeable 3.7V Li-Ion 2200 mAh battery,
optionally available at www.dream-led.eu.
Install the new battery and take care of inserting it with the
proper polarity (+ and -). Close the battery compartment and
make sure it is sealed properly.
DISPOSAL
Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted municipal
waste, use separate collection facilities. Contact your local
government for information regarding the collection systems
available. If electrical appliances are disposed of in landfills or
dumps, hazardous substances can leak into the groundwater
and get into the food chain, damaging your health and wellbeing.
When replacing old appliances with new ones, the retailer is
legally obligated to take back your old appliance for disposals at
least free of charge.
