Interior
Lift blind panel out of window sash. Lay on a clean flat surface with the
interior surface face down. Position panel on table so that the control
knob is hanging over table edge. Failure to do so could result in panel
damage.

Insert flat blade screwdriver between blind panel frame and blind head
rail and pry. Repeat at locations of mounting clips as necessary to
release blind assembly.

Feed plastic tassels through the blind cord hole one at a time. Dispose
of blind properly.

Interior
Disconnect the tilt control cable from the D-rod located along the top
side of the panel using .050" hex key.

The grommet is split to allow it to
be removed from the cords.
Remove blind panel frame cord from blind panel frame.

Insert tilt control knob cable and cords from new blind through the holes
in blind panel frame.
