Rinse out the water tank with fresh water.

The daily care of the device and hygiene when
handling food are critical for the preparation of
consistently perfect dishes.
Carbonated mineral water or other liquids
could damage the water tank or the device.
Only fill the water tank with fresh, cold

water.
Remove the lid of the water tank.

Remove the water tank and rinse it out with
➔
cold water.
Fill the water tank with fresh, cold water up
➔
to the "MAX" mark and put it back in place.
Replace the lid of the water tank.

To switch on the device, turn the main
➔
switch to the "I" position.
The display shows "WELCOME".
Press the Standby button to switch on the
➔
device.
The system heats up and the display shows
the "System heating up" symbol, see Chapter
4.5 "Starting the device".
When the device is ready, the display shows
the "READY" symbol.
