Instructions for Use

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your confidence shown by the purchase of the DŘEVOČAL product. Our goal is your satisfac-

tion, so we would like to draw your attention to some important facts:

Before using the product for the first time, read the instruction manual carefully and follow it thorou-

ghly.

Inappropriate product selection and the fact that the product does not meet your requirements can not be a rea-

son for complaint. A new pillow means a change and it can take a few days or weeks to get used to the pillow.

In case of health problems, we recommend that you consult with the attending physician. The manufacturer is

not responsible for any health problems caused by inappropriate pillow selection.

Unsuitable storage for prolonged periods may cause deterioration of the product. Do not expose the pillow to

direct sunlight or damp environments, thus protecting the color shades of the cover and extending the life

of the pillow. The costs of remedying the defects cannot be claimed under the warranty.

The pillow, after removing it from the breathable cover, has a distinctive odor that will disappear over time.

The pillow is recommended to be regularly ventilated.

The core of the pillow is provided with an unremovable separating layer which protects the core and facilitates

the removal and putting on of the cover. All the covers we offer can be washed according to the symbols on

the label. For all types, we recommend washing with increased caution. Do not put the covers in the clothes

dryer.

The foam itself cannot be washed or otherwise soaked, it could cause avoidance of pillow properties and irre-

versible pillow damage.

The viscoelastic foam has excellent shape memory. All places of anatomic shaping respond to body tempera-

ture, change their firmness, and ensure even distribution of pressure. Thanks to the slow return effect, they can

reduce the tension of the cervical muscles and can alleviate the health problems - headaches and stiff neck.

This material responds to temperature, so the pillow can change its size (to smaller) during transportation or

storage (due to lower temperature). They return to their original shape and size at room temperature.

ArcticFoam viscoelastic foam excels in its elasticity, freshness and cooling effect. In general, this material

must not be bent or forced to compress in a certain shape. This could result in damage or rupture.
