8 maintenance and cleaning outer filter electrolux canopy rangehood

caution

Before maintenance or cleaning is carried out, the

rangehood should be disconnected from the main power

supply. Ensure that the range hood is switched off at the

wall socket and the plug removed.

External surfaces are susceptible to scratches and

abrasions, so please follow the cleaning instructions to

ensure the best possible result is achieved without damage.

Baffle Filter, Outer Panel

To thoroughly clean the Baffle filter you will need to remove

the outer panel.

Please follow the steps shown below.

Step 1

Open the glass door panel to the "Service" position (the last

stop location). Figure 1.

Step 2

Unlatch the filter at each side and pull the filter toward you.

Figure 2.

Step 3

Disengage the pins, each side, at the bottom corner of the

filter and remove the filter. Figure 3.

Replacing the filter is the reverse of the steps shown above.
