INTENDED USE
 
This unit is intended for performing a variety of lifting exercises, such as squats but also bench press. The rack has
two height adjustable barbell j-hooks and two height adjustable safety arms. While the barbell lays on the barbell j-
hooks you can adjust the barbell horizontally by the rollers in the j-hooks. Always find a good height position for the
safety arms, so they catch the barbell in case of missing racking the barbell back in the barbell J-hooks.
Ideally use a barbell that meets or is IWF/IPF-certified

Align your grip, based on the grip markings and don't go grip the barbell too wide.

Always load the barbell evenly before lifting

Make sure the J-cups are aligned horisontally and that the pop pin is engaged into the hole before usage

Always align the barbell center to the unit before lifting

Always lock the discs on the barbell with a collar on both sides

Pull the pop pin to adjust vertically along the upright.

Store bigger discs on the outside of the rack on the weight pins

Store smaller discs and collars on the inside of the rack on the weight pins

Make sure the safety arms are aligned horisontally and that the pop pin is engaged into the hole before usage. Note! Don't

intenionally drop the barbell onto safety arm. Regurarly check the safety arms.

By removing the end caps there are bolt down holes for anchoring the unit to the floor. Don't forget to put back the end cap

after anchroing.
