PURPOSE
Adjustable bench that can be used for a variety of free weight training exercises.
Four seat positions and seven back positions offer a wide range of possibilities.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

To adjust the position graps the knurled knob and lift seat until it falls into
desired position.

Use the handle to easily lift and move the bench.
