Toggle Sound Isolation
To hear the sounds that surround you without
removing earbuds from your ears, long press
the touchpad for 3 seconds to toggle sound
isolation.

Reset the earbuds if you can hear one side only:
① Put the earbuds back to the charging case
and take them out again.
② Double tap both earbuds simultaneously.
