REMOVAL OF MINERAL DEPOSITS

Your kettle should be periodically descaled as the mineral deposits in tap water may form

scale on the bottom of kettle and this may cause it to operate less efficiently. You can use

commercially available descalers and follow the instructions supplied with the product.

Alternatively, you may follow below instructions using white vinegar.

1. Mix 3 cups of white vinegar with 1 cup of water in a separate container, pour the mixer

into the kettle until it covers the bottom of the kettle completely, not more than Min level

mark on the kettle. Leave the solution in the kettle overnight.

2. Discard the mixture in the kettle. Fill the kettle with clean water to Max water level, boil

and then discard the water. Repeat this several times until the odour of vinegar has been

flushed away. Any stains remaining inside the spout can be removed by rubbing with a

damp cloth.
