Clean the Solvent Filter Element thoroughly.
a. Blow air through the element to remove particles.
b. If blowing air does NOT fully clean the element, wash it in hot soapy water. Rinse the element
thoroughly and dry it before re-installing.
c. Replace the element if it is damaged or cannot be cleaned.
8.
Re-install the Solvent Filter Element.
a. Re-install the Solvent Filter Element.
b. Re-install the filter body.
c. If the fitting on the body installs past vertical it's
time to replace the PTFE washer (see the
procedure on the next page).
