Intended Use

The articles are suitable for use as stair lights, cupboard lights
or something similar indoors. The articles record movements
within an area of around 3 metres in dark environments.

The articles are not a toy!
•
Note that the motion sensor can also be triggered by pets!

The articles are designed for personal domestic use only and
are not intended for commercial applications.

The articles should only be used as described in these instruc-
tions. Any other use is deemed to be improper.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING – Danger of Injury!

Danger of suffocation! Keep the articles and the packaging
material away from children and animals.
Danger of burns from battery acid!
■
Batteries can be deadly if swallowed. Keep batteries and the
articles out of the reach of children and animals. If a battery is
swallowed, seek medical assistance immediately.

If a battery has leaked, do not allow your skin, eyes and mucous
membranes to come into contact with the battery acid. If you
touch battery acid, rinse the affected areas with abundant clear
water straight away and seek medical assistance immediately.
NOTICE – Risk of Damage to Material and Property

Use and store the articles only in closed rooms. Do not use the
articles in rooms with elevated humidity, e. g. bathrooms.
■
Use only the battery type specifi ed in the "Technical Data".
■
Remove a leaking battery immediately.
■
Take the batteries out of the articles when they are dead or if
the articles are not going to be used for a prolonged period.
This avoids damage from leaking.
■
Use suitable fastening material to mount the articles on a wall.
If you are unsure whether the fastening material supplied with
the article is suitable, seek advice from a specialist stockist.
■
Before drilling, ensure that there are no pipes or cables behind
the intended drilling point.
■
Attach the articles in a secure, solid and dry place.
■
Never immerse the articles in water or other liquids!
■
Protect the articles from: impacts, heat, direct sunlight, sub-
zero temperatures, persistent moisture and wet conditions.
