Q. Install program does not activate.
→Installation program or installation data might be blocked if anti-virus software
is active. Please disable the anti-virus software and try again.
→You might need to grant permission to install the software. In this case, please
take counsel with your system manager.
Q. The Software could be launched but no image.
→Please check if Anyty Mini is connected properly. Power lamp will be lit on during
connection. Also the device name in the 'imaging device' of device manager will
be shown as below.
→It will be in standby condition automatically if you do not use it for a while.
Please reactivate the window to use it again.
